Rev. Jennifer Burns is a passionate follower of Christ who longs for more people to experience his transformative love. She has a BA in Psychology from Ohio Wesleyan University and an MDiv from Wesley Theological Seminary specializing in Emerging Ministries. 

She served as a solo Pastor for 9 years, and 4 years as Associate Pastor of Mission and Evangelism before joining us at The Fount in 2024. She and her family moved to California in 2023. She has led numerous trainings in relational evangelism, and Fresh Expressions of Church. Wherever she has served, she has helped her congregations form new, innovative Fresh Expressions of Church with their community.

She is married to John Burns, a California native passionate about Makerspace Ministry, and they have three children: In the 20-24-24 school year, son Micah age 10 is in 4th grade, daughter Malea age 7 is in 2nd grade, and daughter McKenna is age 3. The family enjoys crafting, living room dance parties, computer games, and time with friends.
