I LOVE hearing Jaxon’s outbursts in church on Sundays! Do you know why? Because it means he is here. It means that for the first time in his life, Jaxon and his family have found a church home to welcome him just as he is and it means that WE get to be a part of what God is doing, just by being us.

We all appreciate it when people go out of their way to love on, care for and include our loved ones in their lives, but it’s especially appreciated by those whose loved ones don’t regularly experience that inclusion. And it’s not just those with ASD who are excluded from many of the “normal” experiences we take for granted, their family members end up excluded as well. That is why it is SO important that we, as a church, attend the Radiate Possibility family events. It is our opportunity to welcome entire families to The Fount who do not feel welcome so many other places.

Attending Radiate Possibility Ministry events does not require you to have any special training or experience with ASD. You just need to show up and be the welcoming church family that you already are.

Whether you are participating in games with our guests, or visiting with their parents, I hope to see you at the Christmas event, Winter Wonderland this Saturday at 6pm.
