The Church Council of The Fount voted to relax the guidelines for indoor masking in church buildings.

Going forward, until further notice, mask wearing indoors is optional for vaccinated and naturally immune individuals. Masks are already optional for outdoors.

New guidance from medical professionals suggests that “one-way masking” is effective in protecting the individual, so if you are concerned about contracting COVID, we invite you to wear a N95 (or equivalent) mask when around others at The Fount. We also will expect everyone to respect one another’s choices in this matter and to operate on the “honor system.”

But beginning immediately, indoor mask wearing for those who are vaccinated or who have natural immunity is optional.
