Church Leadership is Holy Work!

Sunday’s Verses: 1 Timothy 3:1-13

The verses above describe traits that are required in church leaders (all leaders, not just pastors). Because the leaders in a church will determine the direction and dedication of its members, it is a responsibility not to be taken lightly and yet not to be avoided either.

In a church our size, most of us have been in a position of leadership in some form. I wonder if we realize how important those roles really are. We are the face of the church! Does our face reflect the traits in 1 Timothy 3:1-13?
