This coming Sunday is Laity Sunday! It is a special Sunday in the church year when we lift up the ministry of all believers!

Our Lay Leader, Ted Smith, will be preaching. His sermon is titled “In the Image of God” based in Genesis 1:26-27 and Psalm 8:1-9.

Ted is an attorney in the Pasadena City Attorney’s office and carries a lot of responsibilities there. He is also on the Global Council of the Wesleyan Covenant Association, and is the Treasurer of our Cal-Pac Chapter of the WCA. In other words, he is a busy man! He and his wife, Nina, are cherished membership of The Fount family!
