Hey, let’s have a little fun! On Sunday, September 5th (Labor Day Sunday), come to church at The Fount wearing what your work “uniform” is/was. If you’re still working, that should be no problem; and if you’re retired, it will be fun! Dress in what you actually wear/wore or what is/was the iconic dress for your particular vocation.

So, firefighters wear firefighter’s uniform. Nurses, wear nurses’ outfit. I will be wearing a clergy robe, even though I don’t wear one normally! It will be fun to wear something different that will inspire conversation and the sharing of stories!

There won’t be any awards for “best costume” or anything, but it will be fun!

So, come on Labor Day Sunday, September 5th, in what you wear/wore for work!
