Beginning this Sunday, February 14th, our 9:00 am in-person worship service will be moving INSIDE the Sanctuary!
Because of a recent Supreme Court ruling, we are now allowed to return inside for worship, with certain restrictions. Those restrictions include: (1) Keeping socially distanced, (2) wearing facial masks, and (3) No congregational singing. However, we will also open up the patio, to the south of the Sanctuary, with the sliding glass doors open so those who want to sing the hymns and other elements can do so safely from there!
Chairs will be set up in the Sanctuary for social distancing. Households may sit closely together, but there will be at least 6 feet distance between households.
We will be keeping the service about the same as out-doors, but it will be dry and warm! And we’ve enjoyed meeting out-doors, so we reserve the right to offer out-door services in the future! Moving forward, our goal is to have our in-person worship service at 10:30 with all (most) of the elements you have been missing and our online service offered in a different format. But for now, we will keep things relatively simple with our current schedule of in-person (inside) worship at 9:00 and online worship at 10:30.
