Join Us on Christmas Eve!

This year we are going to have two services on Christmas Eve. One will be live, in-person (outside) and one will be live online (Zoom).

The 5:00 pm Service of Carols & Candles will be a simple service, gathered around the Gazebo courtyard, standing in a big circle (social distancing), singing carols accompanied by guitar, lighting candles (provided), and giving a Christmas blessing. The whole thing should last just 30 minutes, but it is geared for those wanting to gather in-person and still stay safe.

Then, at 7:00 pm there will be a service of Lessons & Carols online on Zoom, with readings from the Bible, music recorded by some of our talented musicians, a Christmas story for the children and a message from Pastor Glen. We don’t have the full line up yet, but our Quartet is working on something, as are some other musicians. The Zoom call will be recorded and played back on Facebook and YouTube at 9:00 pm for those who just want to watch. Click here at 7:00 pm (PT) Christmas to be taken to the Zoom meeting. If you need phone access, call the church office.

We need several readers for the 7:00 service on Zoom, so if you’d like to read a passage from Scripture (assigned), just let Pastor Glen know by emailing him at PastorGlen@TheFount.Church or calling the church office (714-962-2593).

Invite your friends, family and neighbors to join us for one or both of our Christmas Eve services at The Fount! And Merry Christmas to all!
