Pastor Glen, fresh off his sabbatical leave, will begin a new sermon series this Sunday, September 8th, titled “How To (Discipleship)”. This three-part series will cover three basic building blocks for growing disciples of Jesus.

This Sunday, it is “Discipleship: How to Study the Bible” based on 2 Timothy 3:14-4:5. BRING YOUR BIBLES, because, well, its important! Pastor Glen will go over some basics for studying the Bible that every Christian should know. It will be a review for some, but others may find out something new!

On September 15th, the sermon will be “Discipleship: How to Pray” based on Matthew 6:7-15. Bring your Bibles, in fact, just bring them EVERY Sunday! Prayer can be a confusing thing, but it doesn’t have to be. We’ll explore the Lord’s Prayer and talk about prayer in general.

Then, on September 22nd, it will be “Discipleship: How to Love Like Jesus” focusing on Luke 10:25-28. One of Pastor Glen’s “Aha!” moments on sabbatical was an answer to his question, “How can I love like Jesus loves?” Come and find out more!
