With our new Church Management System (ChMS), we are able to send out mass text messages, as well as emails and phone calls. Many people today prefer text messages to other forms of
communication, and studies have shown that the more communication vehicles a church uses, the more likely the membership will receive a message (and respond to it!).

If we already have your cell phone in the church records, you will receive a test text message soon.   The church text # is  (714) 497-1711.  If we don’t have a valid cell phone number on record, you cannot receive text messages. So, if you want to be alerted about important church matters via text message, go online to our ChMS:  (http://thefount.churchofficechms.com) and enter your cell phone number (make sure you enter it in the Cell Phone field). If you can’t log on, call Pat in the church office to help you.

If we have your cell phone number and you receive the test text message in a few days, but do NOT want to be alerted about important church matters via text message, call Pat and let her know .
