In May Julie Green, a missionary FVUMC supports, had the privilege of being a part of a cross-cultural leadership development initiative.  The Asia Area leadership team hosted a coaching training workshop for Asia Area leaders.  The thinking is that leaders who use coaching skill in their leadership roles listen better and ask better questions and in turn, become better leaders.  She was there to observe and help the team process the cross-cultural implications of using coaching. And oh that was fun!
