This year our preschool joined The Fount in this wonderful program.\u00a0 Beach Cities Interfaith Services (BCIS) provides a place for parents in Orange County who can\u2019t afford to buy presents for their children for Christmas to come and shop and pick out presents for them.\u00a0 The Fount has supported this project for years but this is the first year the preschool has also joined in the program.\u00a0 We are happy to report that the preschool collected 52 presents and the church collected 31 presents for BCIS.\u00a0 The staff at BCIS were delighted to receive all these gifts.<\/p>\n
A reminder, we continue to collect food items for the pantry at BCIS.\u00a0 Some of the items they can always use are peanut butter, jelly, mac and cheese, canned soups, juice, etc.\u00a0 You may drop these items off any Sunday in the basket on the
\ntable under the \u201cMission\u201d sign in the narthex or bring them to the church office during the week.<\/p>\n
