Can you believe that it is already the New Year?! \u00a0 So many things are happening, and so quickly.<\/p>\n
Our church recently became a charter member of the Wesleyan Covenant Association so we will be networking with others in this conference and throughout the connection, watching closely the actions at the denominational level in the coming months to make sure the UMC remains orthodox and faithful to its doctrine and discipline.<\/p>\n
We will be launching \u201cVision 2020\u201d in the coming weeks to raise funds and enthusiasm for upgrading and maintaining our buildings and ministry for the years to come. \u00a0I\u2019m excited about what we will be able to accomplish through Vision 2020 and I can\u2019t wait to share some of the proposed projects!<\/p>\n
Messy Church has been so well received that we are continuing it in the New Year.\u00a0 This is such a wonderful time of worship and faith development for the whole family (even if your family is just you!).\u00a0 Join us on the 3rd<\/sup> Friday evenings of the month and see what I\u2019m talking about!<\/p>\n There are several other initiatives and plans in the works that I can\u2019t share details with you as yet, but believe me, God is at work in our midst!\u00a0 It is an exciting time to be alive and to be in ministry, and I am blessed so much to be with you as we journey together in faith!<\/p>\n May you and yours have a wonderfully happy New Year, and may you experience all the blessings God has in store for you (and us)!<\/p>\n Pastor Glen<\/p>\n <\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":" Can you believe that it is already the New Year?! \u00a0 So many things are happening, and so quickly.
